Prices
Package prices shown on this website are “starting from” rates per person on a twin-sharing basis. Taxes are applicable as per government norms. Final prices depend on travel dates, hotel and flight availability and are confirmed in your quotation.
Inclusions & exclusions
Unless stated otherwise, packages include meals as per the hotel plan, return airport and round-trip transfers, twin-sharing accommodation and the sightseeing listed. Laundry, drinks, tips, personal expenses, costs due to political unrest, strikes or mishaps, and any service not mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.
Payments
We accept payments by net-banking and bank cheque. Payment schedules are shared with your booking confirmation.
Changes & cancellations
Changes after booking are possible depending on hotel and airline policies; charges may apply. Cancellations follow the airline, hotel and land-arrangement cancellation policies applicable to your booking.
Visas
Visa decisions rest solely with the respective embassy or consulate. IWT assists with documentation and filing but cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
Group bookings
Group fares and discounts depend on group size and are confirmed in writing.
