Vietnam Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01 - HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL (L/D) + EARLY CHECK IN
Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer Chi Minh City to visit Independence Palace, The War Remnants Museum,then take a look at Saigon China Town - Thien Hau Temple, continues to visit The Hundred Years Red Cathedral, Old Post Office, ßThe People's Committee Hall, The French Opera House.
Day 02 - HO CHI MINH - CU CHI (B/L/D)
After breakfast, , proceed to Cu Chi Tunnels - An immense network of connecting underground tunnels that more than 200km long and 3 - 8 m deep, the tunnels were used by Vietnamese soldiers as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food, and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese soldiers. The tunnel systems were of great importance to the Vietnamese soldiers in their resistance to American forces and helped to counter the growing American military effort. Go back to Ho Chi Minh, transfer to shopping at Ben Thanh Market & Saigon Square. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 03 - HO CHI MINH - DA NANG - HOI AN (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to air port for flight to Da Nang. Arrival Da Nang International airport, transsfer to Hoi An -a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries, you will discover the charming of Hoi An ancient town by walking to visit a traditional Chinese Communal House, Hoi Kien Temple, ancient Tan Ky Merchants’ Houses, the 400-yearold Japanese Covered Bridge& spending time in Colorful Hoi An Local Market, Free time for shopping at Hoi An Ancient Town. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 04 - DA NANG – BANA MOUNTAIN - DA NANG (B/L/D)
Have breakfast. Transfer to Ba Na, take a cable car (cabin) to visit Ba Na mountain, where you can see the endless tree lines of the forests, can enjoy breath king views of the lush jungle, good air and waterfall along the way, some beautiful village by France style, Linh Ung pagoda (Buddha), Golden Bridge… and join some action game at Fantasy Park. Go down Da Nang and transferto Danang. On the way stop to visit Marble Mountain and Non Nuoc Stone Village, drive around the Son Tra Peninsula to admire the beauty of the whole city, visit LinhUng Pagoda.
After lunch, visit Cham museum containing the finest collection of Champa sculptures in the world.

Day 05 - DA NANG - HA NOI (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Airport for flight to Noi Bai Airport. Arrive Ha Noi, Transfer back to Ha Noi, visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), Ho Chi Minh’s houseon-stilts, his fish pond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, the Temple of Literature which is considered as the first university of Vietnam.
Evening, enjoy Water Puppet show at Thang Long theatre. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 06 - HA NOI - HA LONG BAY (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Halong Bay - UNESCO World Heritage site (160km driving one way - 3.5hrs drive). This will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The drive goes through the Red River delta, so we'll have plenty of chance for taking photo of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy field. Arrive at Halong International Cruise Port (SunGroup).
Take a tender to the main vessel. Be warmly welcomed by friendly crews and receive a complimentary drink with brief introduction and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin and enjoy lunch while Athena Cruise moves to Halong Bay. Arrive at Bo Nau Cave area then transfer by tender to visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave) - the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong bay. Return to boat and continue the trip to Titov Island for swimming and hiking to the top of the mountain.
In early evening you can enjoy Happy Hour on sundeck, or learn how to make Vietnamese food with the cooking class. Later dinner will be served and followed by free time for dinner activities such as squid fishing, watching movie, massage,...
DAY 07 - HA LONG – HA NOI (B/L/D)
Early risers can head to sundeck for a morning Tai Chi session. Light breakfast will be served, just before your visit to Luon Cave by a kayak or bamboo boat. Return to main board and free time to relax. Later check out of your cabin and enjoy a delicious brunch as the cruise heads back to pier.
visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake), French Opera House, and shopping at 36 Old Quarter. Free time then tranfer for flight to home
